FSMART Indoor Camera 1080P, Wireless Home Surveillance Security System WiFi Baby/Pet Monitor with Two Way Audio/Night Vision/Motion Detection-Cloud Service

We have two of these. They are awesome at day/night time security. It does offer motion detection which is awesome, just wish we were able to set times for motion detection such as when we are gone. I also am unsure how the wireless feature works on this, as it needs the micro usb to charge, but once I unplugged it, it turned off. I was hoping to mount this high, but will be unable to due to this. But it definitely captures what I’d like it to, plus the cloud is $5/month for each device which isn’t bad.

The camera is good quality for a price below $30.00. I've only been using it about 24 hours. It took about an hour to download the app, connect the camera and set it up. Once I learned how to use the app it was easy to adjust the video quality and the motion sensor sensitivity, access the camera and record video or take snap shots. I plan on buying another camera as long as the price stays the same.***2-7-18, I've had this camera going on almost 1 month now and I keep getting a New Firmware Update message but when I tell it to update it fails every time and I've tried at least 10 times. Ive deleted and re-added the camera as well as the app but it still will not update. I originally gave this a 4 STAR rating which i am going to try and change but if I could do it over i would wait about a month abd give it 2 stars. As much as I hate to I guess I will have to call customer service or I may just return the camera and buy a different brand. I will not biy this camera again

I bought this for my store and it has a very clear picture but terrible playback from the cloud backup. It freezes up and won't play but bits and pieces. Also, it keeps saying there's a firmware update but never finishes updating. It just saying it's updating and not to power off until it's done but never finishes so I have to unplug the camera to stop it after hours 'updating'.

I got this for a great deal and it is working better than the more expensive camera that I purchased and had to return. If the price will drop again I will buy another one for a different room. I use it to monitor my dogs and I like that I can talk to them when I'm out of the house. it's easy to set up and picture quality is very good.

This camera is amazing. Bought my daughter one to Monitor her dogs while away. Nice clear viewing.

This product is PERFECT for keeping an eye on my dogs at home, from my phone. So inexpensive, and works great! Just got to make sure you use the 3G wifi signal, not the 5G, when pairing it with your cell phone. The resolution of the video is not too bad either, for the price.

Stopped working. Tried to reset and says reset was successfull but still won’t reconnect to WiFi..

I had low expectations of this product.First of all, getting the camera to connect to the wireless network was NOT easy. In fact I was never even able to get it to successfully connect to my 'guest' network. I ended up attaching it to my Lab router so that I could inspect the network traffic. My objective was simply to adentify the RTSP video stream so that I could connect the camera to my NAS. When I started watching the traffic I was a little disturbed by what I saw. Every time the camera boots, it reaches out to a Chinese DNS address and ends up connecting to Alibaba Cloud where it downloads a binary file to the camera. The camera periodically re-contacts AliCloud whenever the camera is online. The connection to watch the video stream on the local LAN is negotiated via the AliCloud connection and then a non-standard transport protocol is used to stream video from the camera to the app.It is complicated to setup, not easily accessible (to you) from outside your home network, and there is no easy way to integrate it with other cameras or network video recorders, not to mention the HUGE privacy concern of having some device on your network constantly pulling binaries down from Alibaba and opening unnecessary connections into your network. This is being returned, and I will instead find a ONVIF compatible camera
