In the tub you get 60 capsules which will last you nearly 2 months! They are vegan friendly so cater all types of people from meat eaters, vegetarian and vegans. They don’t have too much of a horrid aftertaste when taking and really do seem to be working as expected! They take a few days to get into your system but then you’ll suddenly start to feel. I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement with a vegetarian capsule shell. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one or two daily then they will last you around 1-2 months. At SAR69 they maybe aren’t the greatest value for money but I don’t mind paying a bit extra for a product that I know is vegan.

Ich nehme es erst seit ein Paar Tagen, davor habe ich aber schon Macapulver ca 1 Woche mit teilweise über 10 Kapsel am Tag bzw über 10 Gramm Maca genommen.Ich nehme über 4 Kapsel am Tag aber leider spüre ich bislang keine besondere spezifische Wirkung. Die Einnahme erfolgt nach den Mahlzeiten ohne Nebenwirkungen.Mittlerweile nehme ich mindestens 6 Kapsel am Tag, aber ohne besondere bzw deutlich spürbare Wirkung.

Unlike my normal Macca Brand, this one does not also contain Panax Ginseng and Black Pepper to aid absorption. So does it work?If you take this on a daily basis you do feel some changes. It took about 8 days for me to feel the full effect. When it does kick in, it has a great effect and you will feel much more enlivened. Whilst it's not going to be life-changing, it will help boost your libido and help you get the urge a bit more. I am therefore happy to recommend this product.
