After reading the great reviews i was really excited to try this product, but my joy was short lived! Easy to use, i applied this product as directed to both the mould around the bath and mildew behind the sink taps, waited for 6 hours and...nothing. I wiped it off and the next day did the same leaving it on for 9 hours. The next day the same for over 12 hours! By this time i'm frustrated and thinking of getting a refund. By the fifth application i'm relieved to say behind the taps in now just a slight mark that's a lot lighter in colour (more a brown smudge now) and think it will go by next use. Seriously though was not as good as described. I did however have more luck with the mould under the plug which after only one application (still over 9hours) had disappeared! Maybe its because the one was older than the other, i'm not sure. The bathtub is still under multiple application process and both had previously been bleached to kingdom come with no avail so i guess anything is better than nothing!Definitely do not expect some amazing, dramatic, miraculous, fix!!!!That said after writing this review i was contacted by customer service who were happy to help due to my bad experience! Can't fault them for diligence and they were very sorry to hear that i was not completely satisfied with my experience, like i said to them although it was mixed results because some areas it did work and removed the mould and mildew faster than others, its just that it took longer than i expected and needed more than one application on the rest! So don't give up as it does work and do reapply as it may take more than one go! My dirt was years on and i'd practically given up and was thinking i'd need to rip out all the silicone and apply fresh, this saved me doing all that, even a few applications is worth not having to do that!!!

I had read the mixed reviews and I was not sure the product would work on the sealant as some of the mould was very bad and looked ingrained. I put it on in the morning and left it until the next morning before washing it off and I was very pleased with the results. Not gone 100% but it is a huge improvement and I would say it got 95% of the staining off the silicone. I suspect if you were to use this a couple of times a year then your sealant would remain looking good for many years. I manage over 100 properties as part of my job and I would happily recommend this product to any tenants who come to me with this issue. The only negative I would say is the price as it seems a little expensive for the amount of the product you get.

I’ve battled persistent mould in the silicone and grout in our shower cubicle using bleach, pink remover and other mould killers. Most have moderate success due running down the wall, pink remover just hard work and negligible results.Cleaned the shower cubicle and dried it off before applying this gel. Application on the vertical bits was awkward but found using a flap off the box it came in to form a V shaped spreader and pulling the gel up into the corners. Worked easier. Also applied it to back on the kitchen sink which has also been hard to kill the mould. Left both for 8 hours and rinsed off to find it removed around 95% of the mould so was impressed at the results and lack of effort to achieve it.

We had some bad patches of black mould in our shower - and I thought rather than replacing it I'd try this stuff. We have used Dettol Mould and Mildew remover but that didn't get all of the black mould off.Following the directions on this stuff, the mould was definitely dramatically reduced, but on some patches where I'd used just a spot treatment, the spot was replaced by a dent in the silicone. That's probably because the mould had eaten in to the silicone and this stuff was simply removing itIt's almost odourless, colourless and gets rid of the mould. Just be careful how you use it.

Purchase this for my wife to clean the shower, another things as a normal man. I hope I used it straight away without reading the instructions and then thought what a waste, but my wife read the instructions and used it on the shower deep joy. She was so happy with the results, which also made my life a lot easier. The only problem now is, if I do anything, she tells me to read the instructions first. At the end of the day, it does what it says and works.

Works great on porous surfaces, such as grout. And not too bad on silicone if the mould hasn't been there for too long. But if mould has become too deeply penetrated into silicone, it still won't budge. It may lighten a little, but it won't look like new again.

I used the product exactly as per instructions and it totally removed the mould which had gathered on the rubber seal on my washing machine door. Simply left on for stated period and then it wiped off with a cloth. Very happy customer. Would definitely recommend

I used this in my bathroom on some tile grouting which had mould on it. For some of the tiles one application was enough, but for a particularly bad spot I needed to use it twice. It worked very well and there is now no sign that there was ever any mould present.
