I hate to have to give this a bad review because it's such a great product it it didn't come defective twice. The 1st time although still sealed one of the drawers was visibly broken. The 2nd time one of the drawers was missing a handle. I didn't want to return all I wanted was to be sent the missing bit, it could have been via royal mail 2nd class delivery for I care, but it's been impossible to contact the seller.

Great to see all my pukka colourful teabags and the range of flavours laid out so clearly and tidily. Lovely to take out when guests arrive so they can pick a flavour instead of rooting through the Pukka caddy like "I've loads, let me see... peppermint, apple, ginger..."

I ordered this as a replacement for a wooden tea box that had some water damage. I needed a new box to store my fruit teas and having clear plastic means that I can easily see what flavours I have and if I am running low. The product is practical and fits nicely on the worktop, however I do find that it is quite boring in comparison to what I was used to. The lid is easy to open and feels secure when closed so the contents stay in better condition. Overall a good product and a nice replacement. Each compartment is a decent size and fits a fair amount of tea bags in, however it could easily be used for other purposes.

Poor quality. The glass top wasn’t fitted well. It all came apart on opening.

This is amazing fits about 40 bags i have so much more space now, everything is more visible & easy access never knew what was at the back of the cupboard but now this is much more easy i have ordered another as the they also are stackable too and quality check is good not think or too thin

Lovely tea caddy and a lovely way to show off my tea! It lives on my worktop / counter and has been admired by visitors! Well made and a nice finish
