Been using EMS Muscle Stimulator more than two weeks now and very happy with the result. I am UK size 14, for me this belt perfect. My husband wear trousers size 32 he also put this belt and it's perfect for him. Before we used different ones attached to the skin simulator, but after a half year using in some part it's burn a skin and falling down. EMS belt keeps perfect on your belly. It won’t give you a six pack unless you control diet but what it does do is tone your tummy so looks less flabby. It does need to be used everyday for about an hour to get that tone. Also other exercise is needed but that doesn’t mean you need to be sweating it out in the gym, a walk will do. It helped with my lower back pain as my core is now stronger. Highly recommend it if your core is weak and you hate doing crunches or gym exercises. The setting can be fairly intense at first but after a few wears you get used to the sensation and I actually like the feeling now. Overall happy with my purchase

It will last long enough to miss the returns windows by a week or so. Very very disappointing!! 🤨

The belt is too small

I got this ab training belt to use in the evenings as I work out in the mornings. I am trying to tone up after having lost 5 stone in weight.It comes with a spray bottle to fill with water so I can easily use it wherever I am. It has different settings and levels of intensity that I am still experimenting with to get the best results. It fits well, I am currently a size 14 UK and it goes around me easily. It causes muscle contraction but does not hurt and I feel that it is doing me and my ab muscles some good.

Its great but dosnt fit round me . I have to lose a bit more fat before i can use it. I wish they would make it a bit longer to fit round waist so anybody could use it. Comes up very small

It was working perfectly for about 2 months and after that no power again, it feels like level 1 even when is at level 19,Very disappointing

This is a fantastic stimulator and works really well. The quality of the product itself feels really high end and I can tell it will make a huge difference. Would definitely recommend.

I’m used to the ones with self stick pads. I’m also used to them shifting. No such issues with this. It sticks where it’s put and I can feel it working even on lower settings too which is perfect. Sadly after very little use and conveniently after the option to return has passed this stopped working. I've given it some stars because when it worked it worked great.
