NOT 13 inches
This product advertises itself as being 13 inches, this is misleading. Half the circumference is 13 inches. This makes the diameter about 8 and a quarter inches.I know it didn't say 13 inch diameter, but there was no way I would have guessed that the 13 inches related to a hemicircumfrential measurement. I have never seen a ball measured that way before.This may sound like I'm being picky, but an 8 and a quarter inch ball is no use to my Halloween costume as it is too small for my head. So completely useless to me.
