Can i purchase a replacement mic?

Hi, please contact us by email to 043@eksa.net. We will resend you a new mic for free.

Within two months of purchase, mic stopped working. Has anyone had this issue? Is there a fix or did I receive a faulty headset?

Thank you for your question. This may happen because the microphone connector is worn after using the headset for a period of time, resulting in poor contact and stopping work. You can contact our after sales team and we offer a free replacement. Email: 043@eksa.net
