Integrated Korean Workbook: Beginning 2, Second Edition (Klear Textbooks in Korean Language)

This book is required for a language class I take. What I like about it, is it's easy to use and it's easy to access the audio online. You don't need an account or cd's or what not. Since Korean is pretty much a hard language to find in most Southern California community colleges, Cal States, and Universities, I know nothing of other Korean workbooks to compare this too. The color coding system for all the levels also make it very easy to know which book you need to purchase when starting and when continuing with your Korean education. The pages are prefforated for those who would like something like that or are required to remove pages to turn in for credit.Here's why I gave the product only 3 stars. I noticed that there is no answer key. There is one in the back nor is there one available online. This makes it very difficult to go back and see if you're wrong or not (as asking your Korean-speaking friend or teacher can be impracticle sometimes especially when it comes to writing what you think you hear). My teacher posted answer keys she said the company gave her for educational purposes but many of those answer keys contained the wrong assignments as well as answers leaving a large percentage of it useless for many chapters. Because the companhy has YET to produce an answer key the majority of their students can use for studying purposes my teacher was also forced to make her own answer key for her advanced classes. Supposedly the company has been saying they'd produce an answer key for almost over a year now.Except for that one huge issue, this work book is a great companion to the text book and the ease of access to the audio files online makes it still very much worth it's purchase in my opinion. I do all the assignments in the workbook to thoroughly prepare me for the lesson tests I have and I feel confident in my knowledge of the material and my test scores reflect that. This book is relatively sturdy for a paperback.

I love the integrated Korean series - I got this workbook because I have the book and need it for practice. I deleted one star because the book arrived with some damage on the cover - a corner was ripped. If I pay for a new book, I expect it in excellent condition, otherwise I would buy a used one.

I really enjoy using this book and the many practice problems, but don't buy it if you're learning alone. There isn't an answer key for this workbook so unless you have a teacher, professor, friend, tutor, etc. that is fluent in the language and can help correct your work, this may not be the best option. I think the textbook is good to learn from but as a guide to understanding grammar. You can purchase this accompanying workbook if you'd like to practice what you learned from the textbook but as I said before, no answer key.

My daughter now speaks enough Korean to enjoy her BTL obsession. She needed this for her language course at College!

I liked this book a lot, it has a lot of small exercises to use that makes it more fun to learn and memorize, I use to use this in high school when I was learning Korean so it was nice to have it again for my own.

The workbook is great and the answer keys are available so you have feedback. The answer keys are not available for the accompanying textbook because they still use it at the University and they don’t want the answers out there. That’s understandable.

This book is perfect for self study. You can easily access the answer key online and it is very helpful. The questions are often geared towards college students, but regardless, it is good practice for writing, reading, speaking, and listening. Well worth the money spent.

If you don't have a teacher or a tutor who can let you know if you've done the exercises correctly, you're basically out of luck when it comes to knowing if you've done your sentence building correctly. I really like the way it's set up and the questions and exercises match the skill level you can be expected to be at if you're learning from the beginning 2 course book.

Very great book with lots of exercises

Livre tout à fait conforme à mes attentes.

The delivery was super fast, however, the book is very battered and mis-shaped which I am quite disappointed with! It doesn’t look new at all and has a large stain on the back cover!
