While I don't usually dip my toes in the world of supplements, I found this particular capsule to be quite beneficial. It's unflavored, which I appreciate, considering some other capsules on the market can leave an unpleasant taste. First of all, beta glucan is proving itself to have some amazing properties. It has been shown in particular to lower cholesterol and boost the immune system. I got one stuck in my throat which frightened me slightly - I'm used to taking a lot of different supplements, so it's not as if I don't have much practice swallowing them! I've continued to take them, but I'm now acutely aware of it passing the back of my throat. I's prefer these be smaller in size but have to take more of them.

Personally i choose UK made supplements over the alternatives. I feel i can trust UK made more. These are good value supplements and of a high quality standard.

These come in a nicely filled container unlike some that can come in a big bottle with little in them. They are quite big but are easy to swallow capsules. They have a slightly oily smell but it's not overpowering. There is absolutely no aftertaste once they have been swallowed. They are a little pricey but they are of excellent quality so you get what you pay for here.

It's easy to swallow with mid-sized capsules and I feel comfortable after taking it for 60 days.I would say it's of high quality. There is a little bit smell in it but unless you are fussy should not be a problem.If googled, we know a lot immune benefits from this product. To me, it's a bonus to have Vitamin C in it.I'm not in a position to confirm the real benefits; It's also a bit over-priced, hence I rate it 4*.
