Problem in Cloud Registration
After use of one month problem of picture quality experienced. After reset of camera it doesn't register in Cloud. Camera become useless, if the network is not connected. Even the recording is not possible without net connection. Software doesn't identify the camera.

Over contrast in day video but night pictures quality is good 3rd class app support not good

Major Flaw in the device
Some major problems in the Camera I got.1.) SD doesn't not show up . Inserted various types of SD card V10, V20, V30 under 128 GB .Does not detect .2.) Randomly shows the SD card sometimes after Restart/Reset but shows only 5GB volume .3.) If you want to see live video it only plays in low resolution, If you switch to High Definition the Camera App will Hang .-----So if you are purchasing the Camera as a Wifi CCTV then don't Buy .----- Can't tell about the onvif NVR support. Did not test.

Bad product maine isme 32 GB ka memory card dala or wo ek hi din ki recording mai full ho gya or motion detection band karne ke baad bhi motion detection ke notification din bhar aati rehti hai very bad product

Not the best purchase I made
Device:Camera - Clarity is good with Night vision that can record crystal clear picture in pitch dark (Night vision)Inbuilt mic for two way communication (Sounds like a wireless Radio/ walkie talkie)Records video+ audioMotion sensor , records and notifies any motion that's detected by the camera.It has an external memory support of upto 512 GB through SD card. You can also take a Cloud based Storage subscription(Not free)Connectivity is through 2.4 Ghz Wifi frequency only or through Ethernet Cable. (I've connected through Wifi)It said it's water proof (IP6 certified ) so I have placed it in a location that would not get Direct rainfall yet to se how it works.The APP can be downloaded from Play Store and is not specifically ment for this device. The app is not user friendly. I am yet to figure out how to download a clip. The app doesnot have a fwd or backward play option. You have to drag the clip in order to check the activity.In short, there are other Cameras that offer cheat prices with better user friendly app , free cloud or cheaper cloud subscription.

Unfortunately, the Amazon Basics WiFi CCTV Camera isn't directly compatible with Amazon Alexa. This means you can't control it or view its feed directly through Alexa voice commands. However, there are two workarounds you can try:1. Using the Smart Life App:Download and install the Smart Life app: This is the app used to control the Amazon Basics WiFi CCTV Camera. You can find it on the App Store or Google Play Store.Set up the camera in the Smart Life app: Follow the instructions provided in the camera's manual or the Smart Life app to connect the camera to your Wi-Fi network and set it up.Link Smart Life with Alexa: Open the Alexa app and go to "Skills & Games." Search for "Smart Life" and enable the skill. Link your Smart Life account to Alexa.Discover devices: Once linked, Alexa should automatically discover your Amazon Basics camera. You can then use voice commands like "Alexa, show me the camera feed" or "Alexa, tell the camera to start recording" (specific commands may vary depending on the camera's features).2. Using a compatible smart home hub:Some smart home hubs like Hubitat Elevation or SmartThings can integrate with the Amazon Basics WiFi CCTV Camera through custom integrations or community-developed drivers. Once connected to the hub, you can then integrate the hub with Alexa and use voice commands to control the camera.Important notes:Using the Smart Life app might introduce some limitations compared to direct Alexa control.
