Highly recommend this product for improving deeper and more peaceful sleep. I can’t really comment on inflammation as I do not have any and I imagine my brain function will improve over time with the better quality sleep and other healthy benefits.I have been looking for a product which compliments my current lifestyle and adding this to my daily coffee has been a stress free inclusion - even improves the flavour of my coffee (highly recommend the vanilla). I really like how the bottle includes the measurement tool and the taste is not overpowering.

I was sceptical about taking turmeric but very surprised that after 2 months I now have very little pain.Liquid turmeric is so much easier to use than sprinkling the powder over food. It's expensive but worth it!

It’s easy to mix and tastes good. I can’t say that I noticed any changes but I only used it for a month. Maybe long term use would show up a noticeable change.

I have been taking Kurk for 4/5 months nowIt seems to keep my mind clear, which I like.It’s not stopped my arthritis pains yet but I’m going to carry on taking it along side my turmeric golden paste, and hope it will help eventually. I’m 81 so maybe it is just taking longer for me ,x
