TOOLZILLA 9-inch (23cm) Torpedo Level Bubble Level Box - Professional Degree Measuring Tool, Spirit Level

This level works great, has nice features that you won't find on every level. The only thing I could wish for is a ruler. Oh, it looks really cool on the workbench too! :)

It was nice to see this arrive in its own custom made long storage pouch to help keep this level from getting beat up around all your other tools or during travel moving it around. It has a good rugged feel to it with magnetized metal runners top and bottom that seem to hold well on most smooth long metal surfaces. It firmly attached itself to my refrigerator and confirmed it was level.The molded in holes and slots are great for carry and handling this while you are moving it around to align to your work to get level readings. The adjustable rotating circular level is a nice feature that allows for an angular +\- 30deg reading.My objection however to this ‎China made level is once again they are wanting to sell a product in the USA market using metric measurements only in a country that in the trades and most of American people do not use metric. So showing product pictures with dimensions in CM is pretty much useless to most American who don't embrace that system like the scientific or medical industries does. And the ad photos are inaccurate showing this level as 61 cm long which is 24.0157 inches when it really is only 23.5 inches long. So don't go buying this as a 2 foot measuring tool or for 2 ft center marks as all your work measurements will be off.I have to remove 2 stars on that because in the USA construction trades and the average DIY guy relies on US measurements and standard increments. BTW the other 2 photo CM measurements are also wrong 6.85 cm height is 2.69685 in while the actual height is 2.25 and the thickness of 3.5 cm is 1.37795 while the actual thickness is .96. Once again, 2 Stars off for Ad inaccuracy and not making this a truly useful Trade work tool with standard sizes for measurements. If they made it exactly 1 inch wide, then this could be a very useful 1 in marking tool also. They also could have made it a bit taller to match our standard size 2x4 of 1.5" x 3.5" on the 3.5" part. So the bottom line is, ONLY use this level as a level and nothing more.

I have an upcoming project and I am gathering the tools I think I'll need. I have a longer level, but needed something smaller, and this fit the bill.I love the bright green color with black. It stands out well. This level is very accurate, after comparing it to other levels I also have. And I love the build in "handle" or slot, in the level. So many times I need a place to hold the level by and finally a company figured that out. This level seems well made. It also has a magnetic side. I did put it against my refrigerator to check the level of that, and the reading was correct, but the magnet was not extremely strong and the level started to slide downwards. I don't personally care whether it's magnetic or not, but I did want to point that out in case it's a spec you want your level to have.This is a nice item at a decent price point. It's accurate and seems sturdy. I would recommend it.

With the hand grips on, you cannot get a good straight line with a pencil on your wall. The hand grips don't allow the level to touch the wall to get a straight line marked with a pencil.
