Save your money - it leaks!
Bought this to replace an old one that started to leak, thought it was due to age.Had it for less than a week, and it leaks worse than the old one!.The method of joining two bits of plastic together below the waterline is doomed to failure.Haws ought to be ashamed of themselves for producing such a flawed product - and at such a high price. We will avoid this brand like the plague in future.

really bad design, looking for a better one as my ...
Spring has sprung, I come to use my little watering can, whoosh, off comes the bottom, the can, not mine, and I'm soaked along with the floor. seems to be only a reverse lid, stuck on with glue, that obviously isn't very strong. Dratted nuisance , really bad design, looking for a better one as my clothes dry. And the spout kept falling off. Rubbish.

The Quality Is Not Nearly As Good As It Used To Be
We bought a couple of these little watering cans donkeys years ago for seedlings grown indoors and in the greenhouse. 20 odd years later the long neck had cracked on one and the rose had broken on the other. So we automatically thought of the same brand when it came to replacing them. Not impressed this time round. The rose is not as fine and no matter which way round I turn it, it dribbles on one side and is too vigorous for newly sprouted seeds. And considering how lightweight the item is I feel that the postage charge is way over the top.

Perfect for toddlers who want to help in the garden
I bought this for my daughter when she was 18 months old and loved helping in the garden. She adored her watering can and made a big point of watering every plant in sight. I kept a large bottle of water handy to top up her watering can where needed, and she was away!It has been stored outdoors for about two years now, and still works perfectly. My daughter (now three) still loves her watering can and uses it most days in the spring and summer.Highly recommended!

Item leaks badly
The item I received from a 3rd party seller (fulfilled by, but not sold by, Amazon) leaks immediately, and badly, through the joint in the base of the watering can (an obvious potential design weakness). perhaps I was unlucky with the particular one I received, I've just noticed another recent reviewer had the same issue though. However, Amazon themselves were super in resolving this for me - top marks, thanks Amazon.I think it would help if, for damaged items, the return window is left open all year (or until there's no risk of catching covid19 ) once the item is registered as a return, to help those whom are unable to risk going into a store to return an item for the foreseeable future .

Great things come in small packages!
We were looking for a small watering can to water seedlings, as larger cans can damage them. This little can, we got the duck egg blue version, is a nice colour and looks cute. More importantly it gives a really gentle stream of water, or shower if you use the accompanying rose attachment.Highly recommend this for watering seedlings, or any other small plants!

Good but very small
This is a tiny plastic version of the classic Haws long reach watering can. I know it was accurately described in the listing but I was not expecting it to be so very little. It holds enough water for a couple of houseplants but if you have a lot of plants you'll be making many trips back to the tap.

Good size, but leaks after a short time
I am updating my review as the new can has begun leaking at the base after only a few weeks gentle use. I can no longer recommend this can without an assurance from HAWS that they have sorted out whatever problem has crept into their manufacturing process.==================BEWARE THE FLASH. The can I just received had some sharp bit of flash around the base join. They were easy enough to remove, but it should not have been necessary. These small plastic cans are a great size for watering small indoors plants. They are space saving and the narrow spout can get the water to where it is needed without mess. My first one has served me for two decades.
