Very well made D shaft mounting screw
This D shaft mounting screw is very well made and well worth the pennies. I purchased it to replace a non-D shaft screw for my tripod. Without a D shaft, you have to use a coin etc to tighten or loosen the screw. This screw has a D shaft head save the trouble finding a coin. However, it does not fit my tripod as it is too long. And, it is my fault not reading the written dimension carefully. So, I just keep it for other purpose. If it works for you, I would have no hesitation to recommend it.

Good product but beware about the ring dimensions
It looks like a good product, I'm not sure if the D- Shaft / D-Ring is good enough to resist hard work or humidity or rain. In my case, the problem is the diameter and the attached D ring. I think they should consider these measures in the ad.

Long lasting
Have used these camera screws exposef permanently to outside conditions. No signs of corrosion. Very durable and useful.

GREAT FOR TRIPOD PLATES
I bought these for my Blackmagic camera and tripod plates. They’re a great fit to connect my Smallrig battery plate to my BMPCC OG.

Sturdy camera screw
Needed a replacement for a camera fixing screw that I'd managed to lose, feels very sturdy and does the job fine.

Screw head too large to fit conventional camera plate.
I purchased this item to use as a camera strap attachment - through an Arca Swiss camera base plate. However the screw head is too large to sit into the screw slot on a conventional camera or lens base plate. However - the screws are well made and probably designed for quick attachment using fingers only and not for securing strap purposes. They would fit a BlackRapid plate however - but not entirely convinced I could trust the looped screw head for camera/lens securing strap use.

In fairness this is a product I bought not because I needed it but because I might need it, which ended up being true.As with all SmallRig kit it is perfectly designed and delivered.
