Cellf does what it advertises. I found after taking this product for a month that my mind seemed sharper, my mood seemed better because my overall health was a bit better. You wont get instant results from Cellf but a very gradual increase in energy, mental health, and my skin was healthier. The taste is not great but its not bad either. Who really cares what it taste like if it does the job ? I also gave a subscription to a friend and she says it definitely helps with brain fog. I took this supplement for 6 months prior to buying it on Amazon so I gave it plenty of time to see results. I do wish the price was not so steep and I hope in time they can reduce that. I am a believer

I really like this product! I was looking for something that just helps me feel all around better and this one does the job. I feel less brain fog and don’t feel as fatigued throughout the day. I also have type one diabetes and it seems like it has improved my insulin sensitivity. My numbers have been more stable without the peaks and valleys. I was not expecting that but was very happy with the results. The great taste is an added bonus. I take this after my breakfast. It has a taste of sweetness that is quite enjoyable. I have been taking cellf for over a month now and I can feel the difference. I would recommend this to anyone to at least try for themselves.

Tried it at the end of a long day, with a looming headache - within 20min or so felt my energy levels started rising and headache disappeared. My focus became better and it also reduced my brain fog and fatigue. I didn’t experience any side effects. P.S. Tastes great.

I’m on week two, I’ll need to check back in in a couple more weeks ….. not sure yet if I notice a real change.

Started taking CELLF about a month ago and after a week I felt more energetic and focused. Been living with RA for 30 years and since I started l feel a lot better after working all day.I strongly recommend this product

I love the whole concept with the packaging. It’s very easy to use. Just fold it in the middle and a little opening appears. Just squeeze in your mouth. The taste however is another story. I read on here that a lot of people seem to like the taste. I can’t say the same for me. It’s actually quite gross. It’s made with almond butter but it sure doesn’t taste like it. Has a really odd like medicine taste. Not pleasant at all but besides that and if you can tolerate the taste it definitely gives you energy. Do not take it at night or you will be up all night. I made that mistake. Definitely do what the directions tell you and that is to take in the morning. It’s a good product just don’t like the taste at all which is why I knocked off a star.

I started taking my CELLF two days ago. It's too early to say whether it's working or not, but one thing is for sure... it's tastes undeniably good. It's got this nutty buttery almost praline like flavor, and great mouth feel. My daughter literally scoops Nutella from the jar and I would do the same with CELLF if I could.

The price seemed a little high and I've tried a few other similar products, but I could actually tell within a couple days in the morning, I was like... hummm I'm actually awake and motivation was up. So ill be interested to see how I feel after a full month. For now, I'm impressed and may just stop taking my other supplements I've been taking for years and didn't really notice anything.
