I bought this product to help alleviate my sciatic nerve pain and low back pain resulting from a bulging disc. It barely scratched the surface. However, I also suffer from a form of muscular dystrophy known as Myotonic muscular dystrophy/para myotonia congenita. This disorder affects ALL skeletal muscles in that it causes spontaneous weakness which takes anywhere from a few seconds to a few hours to return to "normal". While there is medication to alleviate the symptoms of this disorder, there is NOTHING on the market - short of a heating pad - that can help the muscles that are affected.Anyone who has ever overdone it at the gym knows the kind of pain that I'm talking of. That's exactly what it feels like. You're okay one day, but the next morning you wake up and all of the muscles in your arms/legs are sore. Sometimes the muscles in your neck are sore. Massage helps, but who has time to rub themselves all day? And how weird does that look at the office?I tried Sore No More once as a free sample and I will never go back to another product ever again. Icy Hot smelled just as potent, but all it did was make my flesh feel as if it were on fire. I was still in pain after use. SNM has a potent smell - I blame the menthol. It isn't bad. I like it, but it could be overwhelming for someone else. It isn't greasy - BONUS! It absorbs *very* quickly - DOUBLE BONUS! A little goes a long way! This stuff reminds me of Slime from when I was a kid, but far less messy. This is the only product to take away my muscular aches and pains. The ONLY one. I've tried several.Two cautions: It BURNS! Yes, when you slap it on it can be really cool at first. Give it a few minutes and soon you'll feel as if you're on fire. If it's too much for you, I suggest turning a fan on (I did) - but the burn is part of the point. It's working! I won't lie. The first time I put this stuff on me I cried like a baby.The second caution: For the love of all that is good and holy, wash your hands THOROUGHLY when you're finished applying the gel. I cannot stress this enough. Wash them twice. Three times if you have to. This stuff can be tenacious. Excessive hand washing is necessary if you ever forget during the day and rub your eyes, go to the bathroom, or (heaven forbid) put on a condom for some extracurricular activities. You'll be glad you washed up first... and so will your partner. Nothing hurts more than Sore No More where the sun don't shine!

I’ve been using this product with great pain relief success for 18 years! I fell head first down a flight of 14 stairs! This product eased my pain and along with my physical therapy restored my ability to walk again! A miracle to my recovery and a tremendous value for my money!

The pain subsided quickly and didn't start back until 3 days later when ANOTHER storm developed. Love, love this cream. Most effective compared to patches and other creams AND helps me sleep.

My mom loves it. She uses it every day and its almost done! It hasn't even been a month yet. I'm going to get the bigger jar. And I actually order the two different brands with the same name, "Sore No More" and this one seems to have that icy hot sensation more than the other one. Its more of a personal preference and my mom likes this one best. And of course, this is temporary. It's not made to heal but the chances are pretty high and I really do believe that it can heal! Just massage the gel to the area a few times daily and you should see improvements. I will definitely purchase more!

This product is extremely effective in reducing neuropathy pain, especially when useinh hear. Just rub in a small amount until feeling the coolly sensation, the apply heat ( a heating pad works well, then alternate applying the two until the pain is reduced, then let your body part hang down your side or stand up& feel the sensation of the pain flowing down &.out of your body- this product is effective in a high per cent is classed where you have “OFF TIMES” prior to your next dose- exccEcceptionally affective with hand/nerve stinging from the neuropathy site. I strongly recommend this product for ease to use & high percent of effectiveness

I use Sore No More liniment for horses on my horse after riding so figured I would try the "human" version. I put it on my lower back, which is always sore after riding and lasts for days. I put it on just before I went to bed and it was quite hot and tingly and a little strange feeling until I went to sleep. Believe it or not, when I woke up the next morning, no pain. That's a first. I have tried those stick on hot/cold pads and other creams but nothing worked like this. It's a great product.

The first time I used this it was a sample from a promotional seminar for a 2oz for a $1.00. And I found it to be very good for joints pain, neck pain and other minor pains. I haven't had a severe pain to try it on. But when I do use it on my minor pains it work miracle I would definitely use it for minor pains. I will continue to purchase this and recommend it to other for minor pains as well. The label clearly says Natural Pain.

I dont find this product pain reducing. It goes on thin and gives you a cool menthol feel. It also leave a rough not sticky but not smooth after effect. So no rubbing after application. The aroma is nice. Because I need a pain reliever, I won't repurchase.
