Very easy to use and did exactly what a more expensive version does

Good little stick and reasonably priced compared to others on the market. It does not come with any instructions, but there are plenty of exercise videos on YouTube.

Excellent. This helps give you a very good muscle workout whilst being fun at the same time. I chose this because I couldn't locate the original body blade at a sensible price and didn't need a DVD instruction video either but I'm glad as this is probably better. A friend of mine has the original so I've been using that, I think this is probably a better design but that's just my opinion. The vibration pull push works very well and I love the red colour. I'm looking forward to many hours exercise fun with this. Very very pleased and would definitely recommend as you really don't need an instruction DVD as all the many exercises you can use this for are online anyway. Fantastic and the seller is excellent too. I ordered more for friends.

I have a sore shoulder joint and my physio recommended this. It is also toning my arms. Good value for money.

Very flexible and easy to use

No one can quite explain why Germany is the spiritual home of these bars but as a better value alternative to flexibar it’s good. I had a flexibar for a back problem years ago and it recurred so I got this. It’s not for athletes but it does the job and as a supplement to home workout helps with muscle tone etc. They are not easy to use and you need to get the knack....but that’s the point otherwise it wouldn’t be doing what it’s meant to

It is a great way to practise. You can find a lot of videos from the stick by Youtube.
