These are very easy to swallow capsules, as they are the standard size capsule containers. Doses are 1 capsule a day. I cant compare to the resin alternative because I never tried that but of course, this is tasteless because it is swallowed.The container lid reassuringly snaps open and shut for a tight seal.

I’d seen many viral posts a long time ago about this product and had been using a paste that is mixed with hot water, which is fine if you have the time and facilities to do so, but seeing that this product is now available in a regulated dose and tablet form means all the guests work and reliance on hot water is removedSo much easier to take now and a really good product, labelling is clear and the container in perfect condition, sealed on arrival.Very happy with my supplement and will continue to have this in my cupboard.
