This product died at 6 months, past the date that it was eligible for a return.However, WSTA was very accommodating, giving me the choice of replacement or refund.

I am pretty certain this is not generating 500mg an hour. I use ORP meter to test its effectiveness. I either got weak unit or there are no guidelines how company can claim its rating.

Mine only worked for about 5 uses.

Same ozone generator as the expensive ones that have a Scent Crusher sticker on them.I'll admit I was skeptical of using ozone for scent control for deer hunting, but I'm a believer after the year I had in the woods here in Kansas. I had been around a few ozone machines before and I always seemed to get headaches when I was around them. At first it was the same when I started using this one and a plug in one for my truck, but eventually my headaches went away. I guess my body just had to get used to the smell.I think when you first buy the generator and start using it you can smell the ozone very well because you haven't been around it much. After a while it seems like the smell is not as strong, but I contribute that to your nose going blind to the smell. We all know thats an actual thing that happens. When you are around a smell too long eventually it seems to disappear, but thats just not the case.If you want to try ozoning your clothes for scent control this is definitely the most affordable way to do it.

Overall good product.Things came as described and on time.Pros- Came with tube and 2 stones.- Generates quickly good amount of O3.- Very easy to use.Cons- A bit on a larger size. My pictures are not that great but you can see there is an optical mouse right next to the unit. Mouse look small.... very small comparing to the thing.- There are 2 settings pretty much.. ON/OFF and a Timer (5, 10, 15, 30, 60 minutes or something like that). I don't know if you could have more options... maybe it just me- Its a bit loud. Actually I put that tube on and keep it on all the time. With the tube it makes less noise.Overall I am happy so far===================update===============Initially I gave it 5 stars. I took one star off, cause I feel like after 2 weeks of use it starting producing less ozone. Like you know, it used to be...you turn it on for 5 min and you can smell good concentration in the room. Now after 5 min I can smell it a little. If it keeps doing it, then I will have to take another 2 stars off

I receive this item 3 days ago and used it for the second time today. Just a few seconds after I turned it on, it made a popping sound from inside and smoke was coming out. It is a grace it happened when I was in the room. Fortunately, it did not burn anything. Moreover, if you love a rattling noise, look no further, this is a device for you. Disappointing. Returning it.

I got 1 diffuser and wrote that I would like to get a replacement. I dont know it it fell out of the box, was one that was returned, etc but I was willing to pay for the other one but was told that maybe in the future one would be available. If you don't have the longer diffuser it is hard to use for fruit, etc. Works great - so far used to clean fruit, (used the round ball and had a diffucult time holding it down), remove pet odors and freshen car.Still looking for a diffuser - will search for othermanufacturers that might carry diffuser replacements.

Really good product. I will recomend it. Just remember to leave the room when using it at least 15 min, to let ozone settle in the area.

I was reminded the other day at a friends house how intense the smell of ozone is. That's what made me realize that there is something wrong with this machine as what comes out has no smell whatsoever. What a waste!

I bought this product to make a ozone (activated oxygen) scent box for my son's sports gear. The product works exactly as described and is easy to use. Other users will caution about the dangers of using activated oxygen, but just take precautions. Just as you should not use household cleaners in a non-ventilated environment, the same holds true for activated oxygen. Use it in the garage or outside and then let it the items properly air out. I would undoubtedly use activated oxygen over chemical cleaners that leave residue any day.I did have an issue with the product I received that I had to ask the seller about. The seller responded in only a few hours and went above and beyond to solve the problem in their initial response. This is an excellent product and the seller is top notch in standing by their product. If you are thinking about buying this product, just do it and you will not regret your decision.

I used it to de-stink my cars AC system. The smell of mildew was making my 2018 maxima reek. I blocked the fresh air intake and placed the ozone tube into the condenser/ AC ducting drain tube. Set it for a hour. Smell is gone. I do this once a month to kill the stank.

This did not come with the accessories. No tubes or blaster stone.

I use this for my hunting clothes. I’ve only ran one cycle. But after I ran it I couldn’t smell anything on my clothes. Had a slight chlorine smell but it dissipated quickly. Looking forward to not having to wash my clothes constantly during season.If you do your homework you will see that this unit looks exactly like the Scent Crusher unit. Buttons, functions, everything. They aren’t in business to manufacture ozone generators. They are using these and putting their name in it. Don’t blame them one bit, but if you are like me and you want to save yourself 1-200 dollars then get yourself one of these and mount it to an old tote laying around.

When it worked it definitely produced ozone well. It has, however stopped producing ozone after a handful of actual uses and only 3 months of having it.The air pump still runs but there is zero ozone produced. A faint burnt smell is all I get.Would NOT recommend.

Useful machine for making enough ozone rich water to wash vegetables and water.
