I needed to replace my battery, it went in great and works perfectly

Was a little bit difficult to install, but as long as you follow the instructions, I took some time, but was able to successfully get it in place. Would recommend to purchase if needed.

After almost 4 months of using started to fail. It charges fully but now the system doesn't recognize it and if not connected to plug suddelny goes off. As though the battery is not being detected by system. That's why never should by from third parties. Buy original even more expensive.Thanks for the great responsibility of the company, another piece is sent to me again without requesting it. I just changed it and waiting for outcome. Will write the update in coming months

I was pleased that this worked on an Alienware 15r2, after two other batteries from another amazon vendor did not. (Don't get me started on Dell/Alienware's stupidity of making you disassemble all the way to removing the motherboard just to replace the battery). But NOTE: Package insert says "24x7 email support", but there is no email address listed, nor on the box, nor on the amazon listing. So if it installs, great, otherwise good luck. Won't know battery life for a few months.

Busque esta batería para mi alienware..recomendado esta no tiene problemas, la computadora la reconoce sin problema, no se si durará mucho, iré actualizando.
