Q: Has anyome used thies that didnt get on with tampons

I hated tampons and pads, I could always feel a tampon and it was always uncomfortable, I have sensitive skin and always got irritation from both and I love this cup it’s soft and comfortable and I’ve never had a leak , I do wear a liner for the first day or two just in case or I wear one if I’m out but I will never go back !

Q: How easy is the cup to remove?

Its very easy to remove. You just need to squeeze it a little to break the air seal. Its quite messy, im not going to lie. I find more challenging to get in place properly. It requires practice and patience. I hope this helps.

Q: Can the period cup be used at night whilst asleep?

Yes, our cups can be used at night as well, but we'd recommend using it during the day first for the duration of your usual sleep cycle just to make sure your flow isn't too heavy to fill up the cup while you're asleep.
