Just as described and works great!
Product just as described and works 100% flawlessly. Here is what you need to do to program the fob and insure the ignition key will be operable and start your vehicle. You can do this several ways. Take them to your local manufacturers dealer, call a mobile car lock company, call a locksmith, or DIY. In hind site just calling the on site mobile key company would have been the simplest and just as cost effective. They would have programmed keys, fobs, and cut keys for the same price. Who knee? Any way this is what I did;1) I took the keys to my local Home Depot which cut the 2 keys for $0.00. Yes free! Any hardware store locksmith or on site mobile key company can do this for you as well I'm sure. HD just happened to be 5min away and it was 9pm. I locked and unlocked the door and verified it turned the ignition to AC before leaving. At this point I have 2 keys cut but they will not start the ignition because the key has a chip which we will address in step 3.2) Programming the fob for my 2006 nissan was easy. Search you tube for your model but for me this is what I did.You must have at least 1 of your existing working keys in order to start this process. Note, have all key fobs with you that you want to program (max 4 at one time I think)To start;a) unlock your car door with your origional working key and sit in driver seat.b) close the door and press the door lock button. Place the new fobs either on the dash or seat next to you for easy access. At this point with door locked and keys accessible your ready to startc) Insert your current working key into the ignition and remove. Do this repeatedly until the hazard lights flash. (at least 6 times) I did this 39 times till the hazards flashed for me so just insert and remove till hazards flash.d) once the hazards flash insert the key and turn the ignition to the accessory position and press any button on your origional key fob (I used the lock button on the origional fob) the hazards should flash again. At this point the fob is programmed and you are ready to program any additional key fobs.e) with step above performed press your drivers door panel unlock button, and then lock button, and any button on your new key fob. Repeat this step for additional fobs you wish to program. (4 was the max for me I believe.)f) once you have programmed your fobs in step e turn the ignition to off, remove the key, press the unlock button on the drivers door, open the door, and then close the door to exit programming mode. At this point you can test your key fobs to ensure you programmed them correctly.Took me about 4min to program the 1 origional key fob and the 2 new key fobs I purchased here.3) There are several ways to program the key yourself. Amazon sells DIY key chip programmers but honestly I was more comfortable calling a mobile auto key company to come to my site (which they did the same day) to program my 2 new keys. Took him about 3 min. Cost for this service $75. (As I mentioned before he would have programmed the key fobs and cut the keys for the same price.)If you complted steps 1-3 you should now have 2 new sets of working keys and fobs. Cheers!

Great value... but be aware there's another bigger cost
It's not the world's highest quality FOB, but it's perfectly fine. For the price, it's a STEAL.I'm assuming that this review gets listed under the item that's intended for Nissan 350Z (and Infiniti G35). For these vehicles, programming the FOB is a little complicated, but I was able to successfully do it on the first try. It's something like: locks the doors from inside, insert and remove the original key 6 times within 10 seconds, turn the key to accessory, press a button, unlock/lock doors again and press a button on your original FOB... (don't use this as the exact instructions... I don't remember every detail, but you will be able to look them up online easily.)HOWEVER... what was NOT clear is that the KEY, too, must be programmed by a professional, not just cut. My local locksmith did the programming and cutting for $60. I watched him do one car before mine and it took under a minute, but he said the early Nissan keys are difficult. He had to use three special computers to retrieve the computer's password and reprogram the keys. He told me that his latest programming tool wouldn't do it, and only because he had these two old tools was he able to do it, and that some locksmiths might not be able to do it. Don't know how true that is, but something to know. Anyway, after he spent about 15 minutes on it, I now have two working keys and fobs... I just didn't know it was going to cost me another $60.Great product, and I know it's not the fob maker's fault, but they could be a little clearer on letting you know which cars require this extra costly step so you don't find out the hard way.

Works perfectly for Nissan Sentra 2008
I would give 10 stars. I am so happy, 2 sets of keys AND remotes for a low price. Only problem is the trunk button doesn't work, but I already knew the function does not work for my car. Easy connection and set up.

Nissan Altima spare key
Bought a used 2006 Nissan Altima with no FOB and no spare key. I was absolutely not going without a spare of either. Ordered these, I had both FOBs programed within 10 minutes following the instructions. I then took the blank keys to my local hardware store had them cut (free). I then made an appointment to have the keys programmed at a local Chevy dealership who could program Nissan keys. Charged me about $90. The dealership I bought the Nissan fromreinburst me the full amount. So now I have 2 FOBs and 3 keys. Works like OEM with no problems.
