Besides some negative reviews, gummies seem to work for me. I feel more energy than before.

Good item for lazy people but don't work.. didn't feel any energy boost, prefer to buy powder

These have a very mild orange flavour to them.I have taken two gummies later on in my gym workouts. They have acted well as a pick-me-up. Both for a mental (improved focus and concentration) and physical improvement (improved energy). No caffeine jitters or any other unwanted side effects have been experienced.Useful but they work out to be a more expensive supplement when compared to alternative options because the quantity of some of the ingredients is on the low side.

Took 2 pre gym as directed, ruined my work out. Struggled not to vomit all over the gym and weights. Had to sit down. Completely ruined my work out. Won't use again. I'm not sensitive to caffeine, I sometimes have red bull and I'm fine and I drink a lot of coffee.

Only need a little jolt for BJJ training so these work fine, if you're after a mega weightlifting pre workout get something else
