Original Verizon FiOS Remote Control Version 5 + Free Batteries + Manual [New Sealed and Latest 2-Device Verizon FiOS Replacement Remote Version 5]

Needed this after my puppy snatched and chewed my remote. Works exactly like my original remote. Perfect and saved me a trip to the Verizon store.

Didn't even have to program it. I just put batteries in and it worked.

This Version 5 Verizon FIOS remote works excellent with the Frontier Communications system. Only reason for a 4-Star rating is the InstructionManual for setup leaves out 2 important steps and the Cheap Batteries supplied. Had to go online and watch a Verizon FIOS remote control video setup to get this Remote to respond and work. Other than that, ALL buttons are working flawlessly.

I upgraded all of my equipment, but made the mistake of keeping the old remote(version 4). Why? Who knows........ After a month or so, it stopped responding and trying to do anything with it was useless. I had to press a button over and over to get it to work, and then it would do everything all at one time. Changing batteries just meant that the remote stopped working all together, which was even more odd. An upgrade to the 5 version was exactly right. My equipment responds flawlessly to this new remote. I suspect that the reason the new remote was in the packaging, was because it needed to be used with this new equipment. Duh. Glad I got it sorted though.
