I bought these for a family members bed frame. They fit perfectly. She said she bumped the frame and didn't get cut because of the caps.

The material is a hard plastic. Wish it were an elastic soft silicone material. These were okay, but weren't the right size for me.

Maybe if the rubber material had been more flexible they would have worked but no way as they were.

Sharp rubber?
I got these to cover the end bed rail on my bed so my infant doesn’t hit his head on the sharp edge while crawling around. I replaced one sharp edge with another unfortunately
