Great backpack
I just came back from a trip and used this backpack on the airplane. Very easy access to the compartments. I had an iPad and wallet and other items including some clothing in it. Rolls very nicely, but does not have 4 way wheels. It goes in a straight line.

Hi, we bought this bag coz it’s heavy duty and expensive and we hoped that it would last long coz my kids using it at school .And after two week later the sliding Handel broke we contacted with u if u guys selling parts for it but no one answered until now.Should we return the bag coz there is 2 years warranty on it or give us a solution for that .Thanks waiting to reply me soon

Not very spacious and heavy
Great idea but not very spacious. Ergonomics suck. Keeps falling over when standing and the wheels dig into your back when it’s on your back

Outstanding customer service recovery!
Start up with an issue due to factory defects but great communication overcome everything. It clearly demonstrate the important of customer services recovery. Great product indeed!
