I really like using these supplements as a quick boost my immune system/defense when Im feeling like Im coming down with something to prevent getting more sick, ESPECIALLY after a night of drinking lol.

Living in FL, the sun can do a number on your skin. I have been taking liposomal for 4 months and I can see some positive change in my skin. This is no fountain of youth, but I am happy with the results. Do not expect instant or major changes because there is no product out there that can actually provide either. I've had no side effects and the pills are easy soft gels to swallow. My only negative is the last shipment of pills were melted together into a giant blob. I had to carefully break them apart and hope the heat exposure did not reduce the effectiveness. You can see they ended up looking like raisins.
