Item overheating
Brush melted...item overheated and melted the styling brush. Its not fit for purpose. How do I get a refund? Sellers says it can be returned until January so why wont you refund me for something that is not fit for purpose? There is no CE mark on this ite.

Very heavy
This is a very heavy and cumbersome hot brush and really only useful for long hair,the brush is much too big for shorter hair.I didn't like this at all
