What a very pleasant surprise this purchase has been! There were no reviews for this item so I did not know what to expect. These 3 lights are excellent quality and give off a surprising amount of light. I used them for about 5 hours on battery power (various levels of intensity) and the batteries have not gone out yet. The overall build of the lights is substantial. Without the batteries in place they are not very heavy which is wonderful. The batteries add considerable weight. I have used them on 3 photoshoots including 2 music videos and one rehearsal session and the results I’ve seen have been outstanding. I’d recommend this set to anyone who needs battery and electric powered lighting!

For what I need these lights are good; the bi colour feature works well, the stands are steady and well made, the kit as a whole is easily transported. Now I just need to pick up a bigger bag that I can slot the three small light bags into with their stands and then I'm set.However, the day I opened them up I found that one charger was broken and couldn't power a battery. I can hear something moving around inside of it and the LED light doesn't work. I cannot stress how useful these lights have been for my video production company. We use them all the time for events and would not go out without them now. Super easy to use, super bright and versatile! You’ll love them!

Update 2020 AprilThe lights are breaking - see the attached picture. On that alone now I adjusted the rating to 1 Star. I did however got promt email from the vendor that it is a known issue and they will replace it with a new unit, so I am moving back the rating to a 4 for now. Definitely multiple issues with the product BUT the vendor is good at fixing it.[Updates]After writing the initial review, customer service contacted me and did everything to fix the issues. They went above and beyond to get all my issues perfectly taken care of. Apparently, my stands were from a supplier, which was a temporary substitution in the supply chain.[Original review]I have purchased this item. It as arrived quickly and I was very excited to play around with it. I am documenting my first impressions now and will continue to add to this review as I have more to say.Stand: So far I have a few big issues with the stands. 1) when I install the light on the stand it wobbles around. Even after tightening the screws. The head of the stand is longer than the female hole on the light 2) The plastic turn- handle separated from the screw on the first use, I can only tighten it with an Allen /Hex keys.Light: 1) once it is installed, you cannot really aim it down at a 45-degree angle as the barn doors get stuck in the frame. 2) You have to remove those to be able to create the right angle but then you lose the ability to control the direction of the light with the barn doors. 3) if the batteries are added, the wight of the light becomes unbalanced, making it much harder to set the desired angle that the user wants.

Three very well built LED lights with batteries, chargers, cables, light stands et cetera including sturdy carrying cases. If you are a serious YouTuber invest in this excellent kit to give your videos a really professional look and bring them to the next level. You won’t regret it,

Good value when working however on my second shoot one failed in middle of session, fortunately only using two so had third as a spare. fault was not working using battery power. Im passed the point of returning so now have the hassle of sending back to china

Bolts and screws keep falling off. Lights don't tighten to tripods properly. Cheaply made.

I was pleasantly surprised by the performance of these lights. They are very easy to store away and are generally pretty handy. The biggest flaw is that it could be brighter. Also, to use the alternative/brighter mode you have to plug it into a main power. If you're on a budget and need a battery operated light, its good enough.
