Lights Not Working? Here's the Solution!
I am one of those people who almost gave these solar lights 1 star because a whopping SIX of the twelve stopped working just after a month of receiving them, of course, days outside of the Amazon return policy.I scoured some other reviews and came across one from a reviewer who decided to break theirs open and see if they couldn't fix them (something I'd been planning on doing, anyway). Lo and behold, there it was, the infamous rechargeable AAA battery! Many reviewers will urge you that there are no batteries in these since they are solar powered... Well, how else are they storing the energy? Yes, they each have a single AAA battery in them. I have two 12 packs of lights, one of those 12 packs hadn't been opened until today. So I unscrewed one of the new ones, removed its AAA battery and inserted it into the "broken" light to make sure it was actually the battery and not something else... It was.I now have 3 4-packs of the good rechargeable batteries en route to replace these as needed. I'm pretty happy another reviewer led me to the fix and I didn't decide to just up and throw them out. Besides, these are some of the most magical yard lights out there!

Horrible product, I am baffled as to why and ...
DO NOT BUY THESE LIGHTS!Horrible product, I am baffled as to why and how anyone would rate these anything more than 1 star. First off, 2 of them do not work and one only works when you tap on it. Secondly they produce about as much light, if not less than your cell phone does on the lowest brightness setting. I thought we were getting a great deal on quality lights and boy was I mistaken. Will never purchase another product from this company and will continue to tell others not to either. What a scam!

Do not buy these; I wouldn't take these if they gave them away for free.
These are horrible and most didn't even last a week. At first, I thought it was as other reviewers said and just a disconnect. I twisted them, and they would work again for a day. But I finally gave up because nothing I was doing helped. They don't seem to recharge (I live in Florida, so sun is not a problem.).I've had them for two months and only one is still working. This is one of the worst purchases I've ever made on amazon. The lights are totally useless and don't work. I wouldn't want these if they gave them to me for free. They are that bad.

Won't order these again...
They arent exactly what I was expecting. They put out a bit of light, I have all 12 lining a planter against my house, they get about 8 hours of direct sunlight and put off very little light. You see them, but that is about all you see. The photo on the box is very inaccurate. They don't put out even 1/2 that light. The plastic cup (for lack of other term) fills VERY easily with just a very small about of rain fall. We got less then 100th of an inch and most of them had good puddles in the bottom that required taking the top off and dumping the water out. Not thrilled, should probably return them, but to lazy to take apart, rebox and drive to the post. Won't purchase any more of these. Honestly the ones at the Dollar store work better.

Terrible product!
When we first installed these solar powered lights, they looked bright and vibrant but less than 2 months later half of the lights have dimmed or stopped worked completely. And yes they are installed where they get fully exposed to the sun, so something is definitely off with the so-called solar powered lights. You can buy similar lights at Walmart or even the dollar store with better quality and at a fraction of the price. Save yourself the disappointment and don’t buy this piece of crap!

Some quit working after moving.
Not pleased that 2 weeks after putting these in the yard, only 7 still work. They all worked out of the box, immediately without much of a charge. I have a lot of trees, so I ended up moving them twice so they would get maximum light. After each move, 1 or more of the solar lights quit working. I played around with each one and could get the light flicker on for a second, so something's loose. It's not that the location has too little light. As of last night, more have ceased to work so now there are only 7 that light up. I suppose I could get a tiny screw driver, open them up, and try to coax them to work. I think the issue is poor manufacture/assembly, as the components seem adequate.

Bad Lights!!
I waited until I had these lights for a couple of weeks before writing a review. First, they are cheaply made. They break just pushing them into the ground. Second, all of my lights are well exposed to the sun for charging yet I’ve noticed they are slowly dying. I have about 3 lights that don’t light up any more and about 6 more that are so dim you can hardly see them. Don’t order these!!!!

Very dim and cheaply made bases
I guess for the price, this item is acceptable but leaves a lot to be desired. Tried to find a lumen rating before I bought them and could not. They are very dim and work only barely as an accent light and are not bright enough for sidewalk lighting. After a month, 1 or 2 have already quit working. The pipe to put them in the ground is very flimsy and much too short. I cut and drove pieces of electrical conduit in the ground and put the mounting spike into that at ground level. I don't think that I would recommend purchasing these lights. Update: After 2 more months, I only have 1 or 2 working. Would only give them 1 star just for looks. What a piece of junk! Do not buy these!
