Stunning
Lovely fire. I love the way you can change your room around and even the fire place. It looks like a real gas fire. You wouldn’t believe the whole thing could just move.Bit annoyed that you have to remove batteries from remote control as they loose charge otherwise. I only use it to put on the lights around fire. They look really impressive and you can just put the light on the fire and surround without any heat. Looks cosy. Would buy again but remote needs to be tweaked. Can also put on fire without remote but cannot change temperature without it.

Was a lovely fire until it went bang
Bought this fireplace suite in November 2018.at first was impressed. The lighting effects was really good. Making the home feel modern and chic. The fire heated the living room quickly. All going well in use over the winter months. Being used occasionally along side the central heating. Then BANG the plug from the fire melted. And it was only 14 months old. I expected this product the last 5years without it trying g to burn the house down.
