Very enlightening book! I particularly enjoyed the chapters about Breath Alchemy. So much so that I recently signed up for sessions with Bob. It's opened up a whole new world of healing possibilities based on breathing!

This excellent book explains what is really going on here on Earth, and who is actually pulling the strings behind world events. I’ve read all of Bob’s books going back 29 years when his original edition of “Nothing in This Book is True But it’s Exactly how Things Are” called to me from the shelf of a Walden’s Bookstore and made me take it home. My life was forever changed and I will never look at things the way I did before. This too is a life changing book with a beautiful treasure map to the long awaited evolution of humanity.I received Bob’s new book “Catching the Ascension Wave” the day of release, 6.27.23 and as of today, 7.30.23, I am on my third reading. Each time another gem of Bob’s truth permeates my being. Like pages 98, 99 and 100. All is well.Some people might think this information is way out there, and for sure, it is. But it’s way, way, way, way, way, way out there the TRUTH. Bob is a Prophet of our times, and he has clearly mastered his ego. None of this is about Him, it’s about Us. He is the wisest and the chilliest and the coolest. You must get to know him if you don’t already, by engaging his teachings.Like most people I have spent some times of my life in unnecessary fear, not fear of what is but of what may come. This has never been more in the forefront than in today’s world. Thanks to Bob I understand why there is Nothing to Worry About. Read this book so you can be at peace too AND so you don’t have to repeat third density, again. Man, I needed this! Thank you Bob, for everything.

Stellar! I found this book in a book catalogue and was drawn to it ! I bought it and could not put it down. You may already know some of the material in this book and you may not. The way it is compiled by Bob Frissell is fascinating! I bought this book for 7 of my friends who have similar views. Anyway, it has changed my life in a number of ways and I am on an upward journey because of it. Thank you Bob for this riveting material!

And again I was captivated by Bob’s book that explores the world of ancient civilizations, covert government agendas, extraterrestrial mysteries, and the profound shift in human consciousness. So many of my questions are answered in this book and I am very grateful! Growing as a child in Ukraine in a small town I always had a sense of wonder and curiosity about our world. I could feel what I couldn’t explain. And when I started reading Bob’s books, all the missing puzzle pieces were brought together!What resonates the mostly is the book's exploration of the shift in human consciousness and Earth's magnetic poles. Especially with everything that’s happening around us I believe we all should study it much closer! The author's ability to connect the metaphysical with the scientific is profound!It’s not just a book; it's an invitation to embark on a personal journey of discovery and introspection. It challenged my beliefs and encouraged me to question the boundaries of what I thought I knew. It left me with a renewed sense of curiosity about the cosmos and a desire to explore the uncharted territories of my own consciousness.

This first section of this book is an excellent summary of one of the basic story lines of Earth history and the ascension process, It connected a lot of dots and supplied many helpful leads of key figures and events in the history of breakthroughs in the American understanding of the hidden truth related to the Ascension process. However, experts vary in their views of this history, and 'the facts' are presented as though they are the only story line and set of facts, and they are not. So the views in this book's first section needs to be compared with the views of other experts in other sources.The second part of this book has to do with inner transformation, especially breath work and related psychological methods Bob uses in his personal coaching to help individuals develop themselves in consciousness, love, frequency, etc. This was not of much interest to me, as I already have my spiritual path with its modalities, and I was not persuaded by the book to change anything I'm doing, although there were a few helpful insights.As usual, there was a lot of jumping to conclusions and assuming truth, with what I felt are insufficient scientific evidence, which is typical in the new age arena. So I sifted out the info that was valuable to me, and there was much of it in the first section.Overall, a significant and valuable addition to the ascension literature and genre.

He has a unique perspective for these disturbing times. Who knows? Very interesting book. Far out. I don't know where he gets his ideas, but you won't be bored.

Catching the Ascension Wave is the most relevant book published this year. Bob not only covers where we are, how we got there, and how to go beyond. Bob seamlessly covers and integrates topics from all corners of spiritually, physics, religion, mathematics and psychology, all in an easy to read and humorous style.Everything in this book is gold. Even the quotes that start each chapter. Just incredible.This book is a must read for anyone who feels like there is more to their life.

This book is worth reading if you are curious as to how this whole planetary shift thing is progressing, and quite practical in its approach to navigating through these extraordinary times. I love the way the author lays it out - very down to earth and relatable, without the new age clutter of so many other books on the subject. Well done.

Have read all Bob Frissell's books over the years. They all resonate. Full of amazing, and at times mind blowing information, stuff the think about deeply and things you may already have some knowledge or awareness about. A fabulous read if you interested in your consciousness, Soul's journey and just interested in broadening your perspective. We are moving into the most fabulous time in the history of humanity and earth..
