Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max, 512GB, Alpine Green - (Renewed)

Phone arrived next day to NI, 1 very small mark on one of the lens ridges, no other marks visible. Battery is at 100% unlike the phone I was renting of Raylo which arrived at 80% and is now down to 72%. Arrived with charging cable, but no protector for screen, bought separately as I was want to keep the phone as safe from damage as possible. Condition was said to be good, I would suggest it’s nearly excellent

I ordered a 'excellent' condition Iphone 13 pro max, within 2 months the screen was faulty and completely stopped working. I contacted the seller asking for a refund, however, they said they cannot refund due to it being outside the 30 day refund window. Instead they offered a repair, so I sent it back for repair to get the 'fixed' phone sent back. Within a week, the battery was not recognisable (on the 'repaired' phone!!!) and therefore meant the phone never went over 1% (and that was when it occasionally did turn on). I asked for a refund after receiving a second faulty phone and the seller tried to not refund again me but offered another repair. Fortunately Amazon themselves assisted me with getting a refund. I cannot express how disappointed I was with this service, would never recommend them to anyone

I bought the phone in the excellent condition option. However, there was a scratch on the screen near the top that's pretty visible. Other than that, everything is better than what I expected. The battery life was disappointing at 87% but it's still above the 80% regulation by Amazon. The delivery came earlier than expected which was a good thing. I have had the phone for a week now and it's working perfectly. I only charge it once a day as it retains power. I would definitely recommend.

It's June now, I brought this 13 Pro Max 256gb in March, it came well packaged and with a free case, which was greatly appreciated! It was in superb condition! The phone has been superb since, no problems at all! I highly recommend using TechLike(UK). I will continue to look of them on the Amazon storefront as they sell quality items. This is why I brought off them rather than other sellers.

Received phone the next day. It is perfect. Like new but without the Apple box. Not a mark on it and battery is 94% capacity with no replaced screen or any problems at all. I’m thrilled and will definitely be using New Fone House again to purchase refurbished devices! Great price too. Amazing, cannot fault service or product received.

However, I was a bit disappointed to find the battery health at 87%. While that’s not terrible, it does mean the phone doesn’t last as long on a full charge compared to a new one, which is something to consider if you’re a heavy user. It’s a fair deal, but I expected a bit better on the battery front for a refurbished product, Also Screen is too smooth to put Screen protector .

Refurbished but imperfect condition, just as described. I would buy it again..

Téléphone, très bon état

Après un peu plus de 6 mois d’utilisation Ce portable a été très mal reconditionné voir peut être pas du tout avant d' être remis à la vente. La batterie a gonflé sans aucune raison ce qui a endommagé l’écran qui a arrêté de fonctionner. Le micro du haut parleur n a jamais fonctionné, la coque arrière également fissuré dès le debut. Et tout cela au cour des 8 derniers mois. Un téléphone a plus de 600€ on souhaite qu il fonctionne et non avoir un portable HS. Un réparateur m a même dit de changer de téléphone alors que ce celui ci n' a même pas encore un an. Je vous déconseille fortement ce vendeur, qui ne fait également pas son travail correctement même en cas de problème. j ai comme l impression de mettre fait arnaquer. Je ne comprends pas qu amazon laisse faire de tel vendeur sur leur site surtout quand on lit les autres avis ce n' est pas là première fois que le vendeur ne fait pas les choses correctements .
