Missing user manual and device strap
The tester its self is okay, although it looks secondhand, the user manual was missing as was the strap, the box was open inside the delivery packaging.

Will test very low resistance reliably. Good cap. tests against reference tester I have access to.

It might be small and made in China, but it's a Fluke
I was very torn on buying a "cheap" Fluke ... but this lives up to my expectations and more. I've been using other brands that were almost as much money and having issue after issue with build quality ... and I'm just a DIYer. The other brands seemed to always have consistent issues with the probe connection points (or maybe I'm just hard on them, but have killed two other meters at these points). This one feels like it will stand the test of time. It also has some other nice bells and whistles. It's nice and small and the price is right, but again, it's a Fluke. It's bang on, every time, at least so far. And honestly having used some of the larger one, this one feels right on part with them. Like their slightly younger cousin or something ;)
