Gregorian Chants

I love Gregorian chants, reminds me of school/church. Although my sister said it reminds her of a funeral

The chants are totally stirring and deeply beautiful. I gave it just 4 stars only due to there not being a bit more of them on the cd!

The first CD titled "Chant" has been my favorite for many years. I bought this CD to broaden my library, I recommend it. This CD "Gregorian Chants: ...hael's" is one I meditate with. I only wish the recordings were longer cuts. Having never attended a mass with chants I don't know how long or short each chant is suppose to be, some are so lovely I want them to continue longer.

If you are religious or not. If you are spiritual or not, these chants are sure to put you into a inner state of calm peace. The Benedictine monks chanting is soothing to the soul. Gregorian chants have been around for centuries and are the first written music that we have in the history of music. The chants are in Latin of course, but it really doesn't matter. With music that has been around for centuries, there must be something as to why they still exist today.

This CD met m y expectations to the fullest. I play while on the road and it always brings peace to my soul. I wish I knew who the singers are and see a real picture of them to see if their faces match their heavenly voices. I'm looking for more songs by the same group.

This is an old Fav. I listen to it while having my 2nd son with no meds!

Loved them all, now I wish to find Amelia Rodrigues "Sings American Songs,_ also Rudyard Kipling's"KIM<" audio books/CD with the voice of an actor who does impersonations of each of the characters, I believe it is Sam D..???thanks

The first time you hear this, whether you are religious or not, it is haunting and the chants and bells will really give you goose pimples, chilling and spiritual touching music from these amazing monks!
