These are obviously great for ladies wanting to get pregnant or who are pregnant, but it's good for the rest of us too. It offers the right kinda nutrients so us women don't have to take like 12 different supplements to get what we need to feel better. I'm in perimenopause now and have struggled to find what I need to balance my health, but this seems to be helping a ton. Spring Valley is my go-to and they're always way more fair on prices than most other brands.
