For Women’s health- not just pregnancy
Although someday I intend to use Inito to help with getting pregnant, I purchased Inito while in the process of getting my hormones and cycle back to normal after 20 years on the pill and it completely turning off my hormones. I am working with a fertility specialist acupuncturist and the Inito app has been incredibly helpful for us to understand where each hormone is, how they are interacting, and where they're at versus where they need to be at throughout my cycle. Having the data from Inito has informed my acupuncturist to help her make decisions on my treatment plan, vitamins, and Chinese herbs each step of the way. We made so much progress thanks to Inito! We finally got me completely back to normal and now I continue to use Inito to monitor my cycle and my hormones. I also use Inito as a much more effective method for natural family planning as opposed to the rhythm method.Inito has helped me massively in understanding my cycle, how my hormones affect me, and common symptoms I have related to certain times of my cycle or hormone changes. I feel like every girl should have this to learn about her cycle and every woman too. Our hormones are such a core part of women’s health and their daily changes impact how we feel every day. Inito unlocks access to this information and knowledge. It’s amazing and the power of the information it provides goes far beyond trying to get pregnant.I also have a friend who *was* trying to get pregnant and I referred her to Inito, which she purchased and she got pregnant within 2 months of using it!Thank you Inito Team!

Love my inito
I personally love my inito fertility tracker. I find great value in the information it provides. I don’t use it to track ovulation but to keep track of my cycle and my hormone metabolites with HRT. I learned so much about my personal cycle, and I confirm the lh surge with an opk. When urine salt was detected inside my monitor, I was emailed by customer support and they offered to send me a replacement monitor as a one time courtesy. Excellent communication, excellent product if you follow instructions and use it as directed.

Pro: + Test after 2 Mo Con: Tests are Expensive
Inito is easy to use, and narrowed down when we should be trying to conceive. After two months of using Inito, I got a positive test! The tests are expensive and personally I find the amount times you have to test to be a lot (although I get it) but it narrowed down the window and it worked! I’m grateful for finding Inito!

100% worth it
I really love the information this product gives and insight into my hormones. It takes so much guess work out of TTC and it more accurately predicted my ovulation than my doctor did from a follicle scan which was very impressive. My only complaint is that I have started taking 2 tests a day after ovulation because I find my first morning urine test always shows significantly lower PdG levels. For example, FMU today shows PdG at 5. Second morning urine showed PdG at 15.86. That’s quite a big difference. I know things like lighting in the room and camera function can impact how the test is read so that can be frustrating. It’s also expensive for the test strips but I still find it worth it. Having Chat GPT analyze the results is also a huge help!

Amazing insight
Such an awesome insight into your hormones, health, and how you should go about your day. I wish I would of had this sooner in life so I know for a fact whether I ovulated and if my hormones and period were normal I feel much better seeing it all at my fingertips❤️

Best peak and ovulation detection!!
So accurate! Love that I can catch my peak ovulation on time. This picked up my peak fertility when the clear blue digital ovulation didn’t catch it. Totally recommend it!

Excellent Quality, Highly Efficient
This device is a great way to track ovulation if you are trying to get pregnant. A lot of this stuff is not taught to us ladies in school, so having a device like this is excellent! I highly recommend buying extra strips since this pack comes with enough for about one month of testing.

It’s good for tracking 4 hormones but not much else
Pros- initial cost and reoccurring cost is way less than Mira, which I seriously considered. Monthly cost would be the same as Proov Complete, but Proov isn’t irregular cycle or PCOS friendly, and is basically a glorified OPK box.Fits fine with screen protector and camera lense protectors. Must take case off.Can test any day you want, even multiple times a day, but will alert you to mandatory test days. Tracks FSH, E3, LH & PDG all in one strip, and the chart is clear and easy to follow. You can also input several months of previous cycles. I have very irregular cycles, so inputting the last 6 was helpful when setting up app.Website has a lot of information about hormones, fertility, etc. Personally I still recommend buying & reading Taking Charge of Your Fertility & The Fifth Vital Sign to get a bigger & better picture of your fertility, as Inito’s primary focus is hormone information, and not topics such as BBT, cervical mucus and position, etc.You can track BBT on app. Combining this with PDG levels will help confirm ovulation. You can have multiple LH peaks in a cycle, or several days of high LH, so knowing which peak triggered ovulation takes a lot of guess work out of planning intimacy and DPO days.Cons: My main complaint is the lack of personalization on the app. The only thing you can track is “sex” but not which kind, “period” but no options to input flow, color, etc, BBT & a “notes” option. That’s it. I used this in conjunction with Premom premium, where I can track cervical mucus, position, tons of various symptoms, spotting vs bleeding, consistency of bleeding, what kind of intimacy I have, what medications I may have taken, etc etc on top of a note section. I think this is important when tracking your fertility and overall health. I also use LH ratio & quantitive tests from Premom because of my next con….Con 2- Inito wants first morning urine. If you have a regular sleep schedule, you should test LH later on in the day. Once you get higher LH levels, you should test twice a day. If you’re like me and work night shift 3x a week, your sleep schedule is crazy and LH surges need to be more closely monitored. Inito does say, if you dig into their website, you can test at other times but to not drink for 4 hours prior to testing. This whole set up complicates LH testing, so you’ll need to use OPKs for the BEST and most accurate result along with Inito.Con 3- customer service isn’t the best or most accessible.Con 4- test strips can only be purchased on the app or Amazon. BUT with Amazon, the delivery timeline can vary wildly. One day it said my 30 pack wouldn’t be delivered for close to TWO months. I canceled that order, then a few days later it said delivery in 2 weeks. On the Inito app, the delivery timeline is more stable and you can get a discount for buying multiple packs, which tbh you will need particularly if you have irregular cycles like me. I test everyday with Inito, so that’s $100 a month without any discount. They also have a new LH strip that tests alpha and beta but imo this is silly, as cheap OPKs (which you’ll need anyway, mentioned earlier) already test alpha and it isn’t worth the steep price increase.Another con- the app gives you the option to track beta FSH but offers no explanation on the difference between that & normal FSH, on app or website. Try googling it, you won’t find much on the topic. Also con- you can’t touch your phone for about 10 minutes minimum while it’s processing, and it must be laid flat. Which is hard to do with a huge monitor on the back of your phone. I use the box to rest half of my phone on, works decent. They also require a SPECIFIC urine cup, which they only provide 1 and there’s no option to purchase additional cups on their app.Final con- there’s no personalized cycle report. They don’t explain your hormone levels and what it may mean for you, personally. You have to do the research and figure it out yourself. So if you’re not a reader like I am, another monitor may be better for you.
