Works with Samsung Galaxy Phones, Oval (Silver)

The engraving is very nice and bright. Very easy to setup. Have not used it to track yet but will test at some point but it was picked up at our home. Was a little bulkier than I was expecting but very light. The quality seems good and durable. Excellent price point compared to other options. Will update this review once I have had a chance to test. Pleased with this purchase at this time.

Everything went well with set up, but I had some questions. Couldn't find anything on website to help. They do however have a space on website for customers to put in there phone number claiming they will send me a text. No text came through even after numerous tries. I did find directions on site how to reset device for my Android. The directions told me to pry the back off with a quarter. This would allow me to get the device apart to hit reset button. The back wouldn't come off. I pryed open but the device fell apart. I was now looking at insides of device. Now that the device was basically in 2 pieces I couldn't pop the piece I pried off back on. The directions didn't work. I tried to again pry the back off but couldn't get it off. This is the way I would have to change battery if/when needed. There are no YouTube videos on how to replace a battery or troubleshoot this device. Buyer Beware instructions for trouble shooting problems are vague or not available. Customer service from what I can see is a ghost. There is no phone number anywhere. That is not good. This product could not be returned or exchanged. I did however get my address engraved on the metal plate that I attached to device. After all this I was able to take the address tag off the device so I guess it wasn't a total loss. I basically paid over $30.00 for a name tag. Would not recommend. I very rarely give 1 star reviews but I wish I would have known prior to purchasing. Product customer support is so important.Just do better with customer service. Is that too much to ask?

I am surprised with how quickly the tag came, 4 days early. The tag is easy to use once you scan the barcode for setup and works quickly and efficiently. I am glad I no longer have to worry about what I would do if my dogs got out or something unexpected happened. The GPS and sound function are perfect for me and I would definitely recommend this product to others.

We started fostering our dog through an agency that used these YIP tags while the dog was being fostered. It worked well, was durable and lightweight. No complaints!

I've now purchased two of these tags, one for my tegu (big lizard), one for my pup. Super easy to set up on samsung smart things and love the tracking ability. My tegu has gone swimming with his on and it still works too!

This works well with the Samsung Galaxy phone and gives me positions on two of my dogs that like to go on adventures. The tracking is accurate and the battery seems to be good. I've had no problems with the signal so far. Recommended.

Don't waste your money on this, it doesn't work. my dog loves to wondering around and as soon she's about 15 feet away, the signal is gone, I have a Galaxy S24+so not an old phone at all. I rather spend my money on something more reliable. I can't return it because of the engrave.

I live on a 40 acre farm. I have a dog that I wanted to be able to find both on the farm or is she happened to run off. The accuracy of the Yip doesn't show where she is, just a pointer that she is on the farm. The other thing is the battery didn't even last a month. It was supposed to last a year. The last thing is she hates the tag. She has always worn her rabies tag and I.D. tag and never seemed to even notice them, but the Yip tag - she tries to get to it and bite it. So far she has been unsuccessful, but I wish there was a way to attach it to her collar other than hanging. Maybe one that the collar goes through and it stays on the back of her neck?
