Good product with good taste. And gummies make it easier to consume than a pill. It makes u drowsy which makes u sleep but less sleep leads to headache the next morning

Started using it from 22nd june 2023 almost 8 days. But not so effective sleep problem solving solutions. Will try it for another week and give another review on this product.
