Is this griddle / skillet is awesome. Air doesn't even stick to it. The low sides mean you don't have to try digging into a deep skillet to flip your eggs or your grilled cheese or whatever which makes it much easier. And the size is great. It's big enough you can do at least two legs at a time or a couple of grilled cheese at once so it cuts down your time in front of the stove. And while I haven't made eggs in it yet, I wouldn't be surprised if I could make a fried egg with no oil at all. It is that, what? Slippery? I have had ceramic coated skillets and a ceramic coated electric griddle, and I have had absolutely no luck with that stuff doesn't matter how delicately it's handled, after the first couple of uses everything sticks. Bacon. Bacon stuck to this Skillet I had. I mean when I found this? I was looking for actual teflon. Because that is the only thing I've ever had any luck with. And then I found this. It is not only easy to use, but you can't beat that price. I'm actually considering getting another one just put away in case. Only thing about it that I don't like, and it's actually not about the skillet it's the packing materials. Open this over a large trash can. Because they pack it in styrofoam pieces and when you open the box, that stuff goes everywhere.

Bought this to replace one I bought at TJ Maxx and this one surpassed it. Perfect for burritoes, soft tacos and pancakes and reasonably priced!

This is an excellent non-stick griddle, even though it is not expensive. NOW.....about the review(s) that said it WARPED?? A griddle is not going to warp all on its own.!! The only reason that a griddle or any other pan will warp is if it is handled wrong! If you take it off the hot stove and immediately wash it or put it into water, yes, it will warp! Because of the temperature change being too sudden, any metal is going to warp if you do that. Just take it off the burner, let it cool down completely before washing it and it will NEVER warp!

These skillets are fantastic. They are very well made, come out of the dishwasher clean and are lightweight compared to other skillets.

It warps at high temperatures, but for the price, it’s worth it.

Very pleased with my purchase. Food slides right off. No sticking. Easy to clean. This Farberware Cookstart Griddle is so durable, I do plan on ordering more cookware from Farberware Cookstart. I highly recommend.

Lightweight and a little cheap. Slight warp occurred on first use and won’t go back to flat.

It cooks even. Not induction compatible. But works on my other burners

I would rate zero if that was an option. This pan is garbage. It completely twisted up on the element from the heat. It’s cheap thin metal. My old pan never did this. Frankly I’ve never seen any stove top pan do this!! Do not buy!!!
