I must say that although the design is lovely, the headband and arm cuff looked better on the models than in reality. First of all, they look really costumey, so would be more likely to delight a child than a bride, even thou they are heavily featured in the images which accompanied the description. This might have been improved somewhat if the colour had been closer to gold than a shiny metallic yellow with the mere whisper of gold.The headband and cuff are flexible enough to open and fit to the head (the headband looks great on the forehead), and around the arm, and they do not feel brittle, so are unlikely to snap easily.Unfortunately, though, they would be more suitable for fancy dress events, threatrical performances or children than serious occasions.
