Large Tree of Life Leather Blank Book by AzureGreen

I originally wrote a poor review as the pages are smaller than advertised and I felt a bit mislead by the advert. 10" refers to the external dimensions of the leather casing, the pages are actually 9.5 ". However, now that I've started using the journal it is in fact a good product. Paper is good quality and the leather tie that holds it closed easy to use. Quite pleased with it so have changed it from 1 star to 4.

I was almost put off buying this book by some of the negative feedback but I ordered it and I’m so glad I did. It’s not A4 but it’s near enough and the Tree of Life etching on the cover is amazing and the pages are well bound and plentiful. The paper is quite thick. I have only used biro at the moment but will try a fountain pen on the back page as a trial pretty soon. Some people complained about the thickness of the cover but for me it’s ideal as it helps the book lie flat whilst I write. I will definitely buy another once I have filled this one.

I loved this itemCover is beautifully made the whole book is,Paper is nice and thick and hand made,Only down full is the book is a little smaller then I hoped but that's my mistake I was really looking for A4 size to match the colouring book of sharrows to fit my pictures. Other then that I'm going to use this book for something else.It's a beautiful book in general and anyone would be pleased to own it

Wow, such a nice book, I was a bit dubious as I've things are not always as they seem, but this is lovely, perfect size, well made, and the paper is good. Usually I've found these kind of books too small, or only a little paper in them, not this, this is just right all over. Prompt delivery and well packaged, I will definitely buy from here again.

Bought it for my mother as she is new to wicca as her first book of shadows, to be honest she loves it, I have very similar one my self and highly recommend this book to anyone who is after good quality book, I wish my book would be same quality but my covers are little bit thinner... so again highly recommend it

Over all a brilliant book, great tree design on the front and plenty of detail on the back, nice sized spine. I love how the pages are binder to create sections to the book. I wound have preferred a bit of a thicker leather binding cord to wrap around the book, overall very happy with my purchase!

Lovely notebook as described. Some staining (seemingly from the dye on the leather) on a couple of center pages, but I can't say it bothers me because it's in keeping with the rustic, homemade feel of the notebook which is what I was going for. Very happy overall.

The cover is cheap, and the color comes off. The paper is not good. the cuts are uneven, the individual stacks of paper are not uniform, the pages are lightly torn where the string goes through and the thickness is mediocre. The paper also wicks too much, with even light inking shining through the other side. While that gives it a rough look that some might appreciate, it's not the best quality, period.If you do only pencil, you will be fine, but if you plan to use something like a marker, ink or calligraphy pens, water color or anything else that has any kind of liquid, it will go through the paper. If you plan to ink, look for something else.
