The box arrived completely battered. On inspection, it transpired the charger was missing. Numerous emails and attempts to try and return or receive the missing part have so far failed.I cannot comment properly on the product as I cannot charge it and try it.

Its more powerful than I thought, and the battery last longer than I thought, very happy so far.

The blower gives decent power to blow most leaves. It's lightweight was ideal for my disabled husband. However, it is advertised on a 4 to 6 setting it will last 50 minutes and after using it daily the average time is a mere 14 minutes. Our neighbors Magnolia tree sheds year round. There is always 20 to 30 huge leaves in our yard daily. My husband charged the battery completely and tried daily to test this blower. Sadly if it can't take care of a few Magnolia leaves then it will never be able to handle Oak and Poplar.

Great service from this company. Older version of this model not up to par. New model sent to replace it, wow, what a difference. It’s almost Ridgid quality at a much cheaper price. Very powerful on par with my existing Ridgid one. With all our bird feeders, this is perfect to blow off the deck of empty sunflower shells. Highly recommend the updated version.
