There was nothing I didn’t like about this microwave. I had to replace my old microwave of 20+ years. This one was an exact size and the trim kit fit perfectly. Controls are very similar. The watts are the same. Although, it’s slightly larger, that’s a great feature for cooking. Noise level is not a factor.

Nice appearance

Item delivered with light dents and corners do not adhere so the entire thing pops off. Multiple scratches due to item not having any protection in the box when being shipped to me.

Returned! It was the wrong size for my opening

Love the microwave and the built in model.

Does the job

The part looks good when installed but the mounting holes are awkward to use and at such a sharp angle and deeply recessed that it’s tricky to get the screws in at the correct angle without blowing out into the cabinet opening. Removing screws is also tricky since they can catch in the stainless and damage the edge at the holes. It is basically a plastic frame covered in a thin stainless sheet.
