At first I was frustrated as I wanted to put my Anubias in these but not hang from rim.., I attached the included suction cups with twist ties but they were difficult to attach half way down the tank wall due to the floppy suction cup hanging I tried. . Later I found a pic showing the suction cups in the groove!! And this worked so much better! My bad.These are classy hangers that father the plants roots for a neater appearance and give the water the ability to flow through to nourish the roots that dislike being buried in substrate. So it’s a win to hang like this plus my baby shrimp have a safe hideout and can eat food crumbs that filter through and attach to plant roots. I ended up using a heat souldering pen? to melt a section at the front of the boxes to allow another slot for a plant to be placed into as the tops will get crowded with growth, much more attractive to look at and more space to grow. Amazing product!! Love it, what a great price for 2.

These work great for holding plants in my fish tanks, the slots are thin enough the fish cant eat the roots. Sturdy and I use the clips to hold onto the back of the aquarium

Holds well, make sure you use the correct size holder or else fish can get stuck behind.

I ordered two sets. I needed something that my peace Lily roots and cured apple wood branches would fit into for hanging on the back of my aquarium. Works great!

I like these because they blend into my black background and the roots don't show.

I love these. I have pothos plants in my tank and got tired of not finding something to hold them into and keep them from both falling over and having to take out every time I went into tank for feedings, water changes, and cleaning.It comes with suction cups, smaller clips, and larger clips. My tank has a lip around the top and the large clips were perfect size to clip over the side of the tank and the lip. So the holders are level and the plant roots fit perfectly in them.I just ordered two additional ones for my other tank.
