I measured top to bottom and the product fit by luggage perfectly. It has a nice amount of stretch and was easy to out on.

IT FIT MY SUITCASE WHICH WAS 25 INCHES HOWEVER THE AIRPORT CREW FROM JFK AIRPORT MISHANDLED MY LUGGAGE AND RUINED MY COVER.
