Not strong enough for proper origami
If you fold it more than a couple of times it rips!

Occupy children’s minds
It’s for a Christmas present but I am sure the person for whom it’s intended will love it

Do not buy this to make origami!
It's very simple, the paper isn't perfectly squared. The paper is quite thin which is nice for some models but unfortunately unusable. It can be used for arts and crafts for children and such but not for serious origami. I am returning this product.

Good
Thin paper, but otherwise good. Good for crafts with my kids, it comes with scissors too which is handy. Lots of different colours, overall a good product.

Bright, colourful paper squares
My kids love making origami creations and this pack contains enough paper for that and other various craft projects. There's 200 square sheets in this pack, in a variety of bright colours. The paper is a good quality - not too thin, but thick enough to fold easily. My origami obsessed son, pointed out that the squares aren't 100% even - they're a very slight fraction out. This probably doesn't seem much of an issue, but if you're using them for origami, this can cause slight problems with more precise folding. Nevertheless, he's taken a load of the paper into his room in a quest to make 1000 cranes - good grief! The included scissors work well - they're slightly sharper than expected and I found a few rough edges. My youngest is 8 so she's ok to use these but I'd strongly recommend supervising little ones when using. Overall, it's a great paper set with a multitude of uses, and unless you have a family member set on making 1000 cranes, it should last a good long while too!

decent crafting paper
200 Sheets Coloured Paper, 20x20cm / 8 inch Double-Sided Origami PaperThere are 200 pieces of coloured paper split into 2 packs of 100 sheets. The sheets are square in shape and both sides of each sheet are the same colour. Also provided with the paper are 2 pairs of child friendly scissors. The paper is very flimsy and I found it tore rather easily when trying some origami, although that may be because its not something I do regularly and I was trying to follow some instructions on Instagram! I gave up with this and found a design aimed at children in pictorial form which I found when browsing on the internet. Much more my level of skill. In the end I used 2 sheets of paper of different colours and managed to make a parrot. The paper should be good for normal craft projects and probably for decoupage as well as it is not glossy and takes glue well.

200 origami paper squares and two pairs of kids scissors
Priced £9.99 with a 6% voucher at the time of this Amazon Vine review, this seems a little pricey for what you get. It is not giftable as is as it only arrives in resealable clear cellophane bags. In the bags, you get 200 x squares of origami paper in various colours (approximately 20cm x 20cm) and two pairs of children's safety scissors. There are no instructions or suggested projects, or at least there are not in the set I received. This is not a worry as have downloaded some simple origami projects to try with the paper. You can also use the paper for other projects and not just origami i.e. collage. I think that this would be a good party activity if you have some arty and crafty children attending as you could have the various origami projects (not supplied) and let the children choose which one to do; this is probably most suitable for older primary school age children and tweens.Would I buy? Possibly if it were £7 and under, but I currently think it a little over-priced. For this reason and the lack of instructions (in my pack) then I am knocking off a star to 4/5.
