I bought this based on the reviews for the product, very hesitantly I might add. I've tried many OTC products that promised to help with pain associated with UTI's, and they've never worked. Until now! I took two pills before bed when I woke up, my pain was pretty much non-existent. Keep in mind, this will turn your urine BRIGHT orange, but that is literally the only downfall. The pills are very small and easy to swallow. I would also recommend drinking a glass or two of water afterwards for best results. It's now day 2 and about 90% of my pain and discomfort is gone. I highly recommend this product!

I’m prone to UTIs and this actually gets rid of that crazy burning pain that you get from one. If I wake up in the middle of a night with one it helps me get back to sleep. Relieves the pain until I can get an antibiotic to kick in.
