I thought I was getting the actual book
to my surprise it is the workbook so I had to order the actual book I wanted. I doubt I will ever use this as I have never been a person who journals. Maybe I will start.

It works!
If you follow the plan, don’t try to modify it to your own thing but truly do as it says, it really works. I lost 25 pounds in the first six weeks and I’m down a few more going through it again. I needed something to tell me what to do, what to eat, and when to do it all and this is it!

GAMECHANGER! YOU MUST GET THIS!
I followed Dr. Ian's Met Flex Diet and lost 22 lbs in 6 weeks. I have never lost that much weight so fast and not even feel like I was dieting. I was able to get a copy of this workbook early and it was a Godsend. It really kept me on track and made me think about what I was doing. It gave me structure and it helped me figure out my strengths and weaknesses. It also was so easy to do and didn't take much time. I even purchased another one of these for my next round, because I found it so helpful and it helped me stick on the plan the entire time. Having this book was a complete gamechanger for me!

Great advice but complicated.
I took one day of this plan and worked on it. To do the entire thing would take someone with a lot more time on their hands. But it’s a great book with great advice.

Easy to read

Great program!
I have followed Dr. Ian for over 10 years! This is a man who knows what he is doing! It is an easy to follow and adaptable program. I did this program in a test group before the book was released and it really does work. You have options for every meal as well as the exercise component. I encourage everyone to try this program, whether you have a small amount of weight or more. You will have better overall habits that will only be beneficial for you. I highly recommend this book and program.

Very informative and easy to follow the guide

Waste of money
This workbook was a disappointment. I thought it would have a place for me to write down what I was eating to help me keep track but it didn't. It asked the same questions every day about goals etc and each week you can write down your weight and measurements (I liked that part )but the daily questions was too much. Waste of money

This is not the book for the program.Buy the hardcover for 36.99.Comments on Facebook from Dr. Smith says it's a fake book, hardcover only!
