This review is made up of several elements.1. Case build quality.The build quality of this case is fantastic, and has already saved a catastrophe when we dropped our phone from table height onto a tiled floor. No damage to the phone and a slight scuff on the case. Very robust, and a great design.2. FittingIt fitted our S23 Ultra very well, and the fitting instructions were clear, legible and easy to follow. No issues at all, and reopening/sealing the case was a doddle every time.3. Fingerprint Access.Simple instructions, easy to set up and we rarely experienced any issues, except due to user error.If you can consistently place your print in the right location, at the right angle, the reader works each and every time.Note, The input reader is very precise, and if you vary how you place your print, it will consistently not allow access. This is due to how the Fingerprint recognition is initialised by the phone, NOT the case transfer medium.4. FunctionalityWe haven't tested the waterproof or dustproof functions to date.However, the front & rear plastic covers have survived well so far, with minimal scratching evidenced after being frequently manhandled.5. Use with the phoneExcellent case usage, all buttons work well and are perfectly sited. No issues at all.However, we found an issue with voice activated apps, where the bottom microphone was blocked by an inherent design flaw. It was raised with customer services, and we were able to come to a satisfactory resolution.Note, the resolution consisted of making the case non-waterproof, so caution is advised.Note 2, The Company has advised that new designs are due from the factory shortly.6. Customer service and communication.Simply brilliant!We did experience an issue, and the Company responded quickly, with clear, concise, accurate communication in a very timely manner several times, and offered to go above and beyond our expectations to resolve our problem.Probably one of the best customer departments we've ever had to interact with, ever.Can't recommend them highly enough.Overall, the product and the Company have been superb, and we wouldn't hesitate in using them again, and recommending them to others.

It's very OK but with the case you'll find it difficult to hear others when you're calling or receiving calls. Also it is very difficult to get best quality of the back and front camera. But the phone protection is excellent, and the touch screen is working excellently well. My overall advice is that, no value for money.

Second one of these cases now, first one lasted 9 months on a building site and was scratched to bits so purchased a new one.Very good in dusty environments or out In the rain etc. Great for the beach, the building site or anywhere! It protects your expensive phone from the elements and drops.One thing I would recommend is when you are on a call undo the charger dust flap otherwise callers complain of echo and repeating. Takes a second to do and fixes the issue. I'd much rather have this as other cases let dust in to the charging port.The fingerprint scanner works well and screen responsiveness is not effected. All on all a real phone saver. My phone looks brand new and it comes home covered in dirt then I take it in the bath and wash it!.Recommended!!!!

I like the case really. It's well protected and all. But Why can't anyone hear me? Because the mic part is fully covered in between the s pen and the charging port..Don't know if I want a refund or not it's a shame really. I also don't feel safe that my screen is a plastic protector. I know that if I take the protector off, it will cause the case to break. I think I might just ask for a refund..

The case itself does feel good and secure for the phones protection but the fingerprint not working is annoying me. All my main apps ask for a fingerprint so its a let down. May have to return this as its day 1, it's already becoming too much.

Very protective but does make phone huge.Fingerprint despite the sticker very hit and miss and the sticker is extremely annoying if you use the phone to watch any content.However giving up on after 6months as realised how bad the muffling of the microphone was- mainly speak to people via headphones or car but not always, tried recording my kid and it was terrible.

It is very good and strong case and I'm very happy with my purchase and I will recommend it to my friends as well.

Good the most important is I can use the finger print without a hole on the screen protector

Mit dieser Handy Hülle bin ich soweit zufrieden, leider kann ich seit dem ich die Hülle habe keine Sprachnachrichten auf WhatsApp oder Bixby, hey google oder andere Sprachassisten funktionieren bei der Hülle nicht. Wenn ich telefoniere und auf Lautsprecher umstelle habe ich keine ProblemeTrotzdem würde ich diese Hülle wieder kaufen, da mein Handy rundum geschützt ist.Schön wäre es wenn die Hersteller dieses kleine Manko in der Herstellung noch mal überdenken würden

Tellement épaisse que cette coque vous empêche de taper correctement. Au centre ça va. Les contours ce n'est pas ça! Il faut taper super fort sur l'écran. Nul. Impossible de faire des vocaux. Tout est obstrué, on ne m'entend pas.
